After all, they are not working for me.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>And \u2026 \u2018Who am I to tell them what to do?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>But Jacob does not ignore it.<\/p>\n<p>It was wrong \u2013 and it bothered him.<\/p>\n<p>So he says something to them.<\/p>\n<p>And the way he says it, teaches us a valuable lesson.<\/p>\n<p>Look at how he addresses them:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018My brothers \u2026\u2019<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a strange way to address people you don\u2019t know.<\/p>\n<p>But he\u2019s making a point.<\/p>\n<p>Before he says anything to them.  And especially because he wants to correct them.<\/p>\n<p>He shows them his love.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018My brothers.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Because there\u2019s a right way to correct others.  <\/p>\n<p>And there\u2019s a wrong way.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 The wrong way? With anger. Putting the other person down.<\/p>\n<p>The right way?<\/p>\n<p>When it comes from love.  Because you care about them.  <\/p>\n<p>And you show it.<\/p>\n<p>In fact Judaism teaches that it\u2019s the only way.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 And if I can\u2019t correct from love.<\/p>\n<p>I should not correct at all.<\/p>\n<p>2.
