
JACKIE BITTON Jackie, a shining star on the motivational speaker’s circuit, hails from New York and has been involved in Jewish women’s education and Jewish outreach activities for over a decade. After spending most of that time inspiring individuals and communities in San Diego, California and Seattle, Washington, she moved back to the New York area where she and her family now live. Jackie is currently Dean of Students at YDE Girls Yeshivah and teaches a popular weekly Torah class for women in her Brooklyn community. She is a frequent speaker to women of all Jewish backgrounds and ages throughout the United States, Canada and Israel, and her passionate and humorous presentations have made her an extremely popular and sought after speaker on a wide variety of topics.
FRAN GUTSTEIN Fran describe herself as “a mom, mom-in-law, grandmom, rabbi’s wife and full time social worker” – all jobs at which she consistently enjoys great success. A a social worker, she has spent over 25 years working with youths and their families in a variety of Chicagoland community settings, working together with children, parents, school personnel and community members in supportive and educational capacities. As part of her private practice, Fran has developed the ONQCenter for Success (http://www.onq4success.com/) which offers individualized sessions, social skills groups, teacher workshops and parenting groups.
JULIE LURIE A beloved and highly respected Torah teacher to women around the world, Julie has developed a unique and powerful approach to discovering the keys to character development in classical Torah sources. She taught for many years at a variety of college-level seminaries in Israel and then at the New England Academy of Torah, in Providence, Rhode Island. Currently, Julie, along with her husband, Rabbi Yitzchak Lurie, work in Jewish outreach at MEOR on the Northwestern University campus. In addition, Julie teaches relationships and marriage classes to Jewish women of a variety of backgrounds through local classes as well as an international teleconference series.
LAUREN SILVERMAN & JANIS LEVINE Lauren & Janice have been in business for more than 10 years and have seen it all … and organized most of it! REBBETZIN FEIGE TWERSKI Rebbetzin Feige Twerski is a community leader and scholar whose wisdom and insight have made her an advisor and mentor to thousands of women around the world. Together with her husband Michel Twerski, she has devoted her life to building the Milwaukee Jewish community, while lecturing and teaching on a myriad of Judaic subjects in Jewish communities around the world. Feige has also authored numerous articles on parenting, marriage, and Jewish philosophy and is a regular contributor to aish.com.
RACHEL ZIMMERMAN Rachel Zimmerman, MA LCPC, has a Master’s Degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She specializes in treating abuse, trauma, eating disturbances, and body image issues. Recently she started the ‘healthy habits group’ a program that helps people gain health skills through cognitive behavioral approaches.
