9:00 am – Keynote Address 1: The Eight Laws of Spiritually Intelligent People: How to Think Like a Jew ~ Adrienne Gold

We human beings are so complex and often find ourselves in need of direction. Learn how to understand and use the unique Jewish mindset as a roadmap for success and serenity. Adrienne will share lessons she’s learned along her own journey from TV host to Torah teacher on how to take control and navigate life with higher emotional intelligence and wisdom.

1. My Physicality ~ Tziporah Gelman

Learn to appreciate and enhance your physical well-being while gaining successful strategies for fitness that go way beyond numbers on a scale and lead you on the road to meaningful and lasting results. Tziporah, founder and director of Frumba Chicago, will inspire you with the Torah perspective that brought her personally to health and fitness and can help you too.

2. My Spirituality ~ Kochava Yitzhak

“A Woman Will Encircle a Man”: The Prophecy, The Prediction, The Ultimate Fulfillment. This text based study of the role of women in the Messianic era will empower you to achieve your full potential as a woman and to positively impact your family, your community … and the world.
(Text with translation will be provided and knowledge of Hebrew or prior Torah study is not required.)

3. My Personality ~ Esti Deutsch

This unique workshop features eye opening insights, practical take home lessons and a fun dose of play acting that will help us better understand who we are and what makes us tick. Drawing on years of experience as a Life-Coach, Esti will help you gain a deeper understanding of the 9 different personality types and discover how to become a better YOU, a better Jew, and how to take the edge off some of the sometimes “maddening behavior” of the people around you.

11:30 am – Lunch and Keynote Address 2: Life Can Be More Joyful ~ Slovie Jungreis-Wolff

Whether you are facing the trials of daily life or a significant life challenge, you can learn the 3 critical steps that will help you live more joyfully. Drawing on timeless Torah wisdom and her own personal experiences as a much sought after advisor and spiritual guide, Slovie will help us learn how to live better lives.

1. Being Beautiful ~ Adrienne Gold

As women we want to both feel and be perceived as beautiful…how does Judaism define beauty? Gain an insider’s view on how the media manipulates us to feel deep self dissatisfaction, and learn to truly feel and exude your most genuine beauty. Adrienne is a former television Beauty and Fashion host and will guide you back to “Being Beautiful”.

2. The Building Blocks for Creating Great Relationships with Your Children ~ Slovie Jungreis-Wolff

Learn how to build special relationships with your own children and children of all ages in your life, filled with love and respect. Slovie offers highly effective guidance to today’s parents, grandparents, aunts, and friends, drawing on the everlasting wisdom of the Torah along with lessons from real life stories of today’s parents. In this session you will also have an opportunity to ask Slovie your own relationship building questions.

A special Song & Dance Production in honor of today being Yom Yerushalayim, celebrating the 1967 reunification of Jerusalem.”
